Q:
How do order/pay for a reborn doll?
A: When you are ready to place
your order I accept postal orders, money orders,cheques by mail or paypal.
Q: How
long will it take to have a custom doll reborn?
A: It usually takes
about 1 month -6 weeks to have a baby reborn completely. It may take longer
during the Holidays due to high demand. Rush orders may be available
upon request for an additional fee.
Q: How much is shipping?
A:
Shipping in the UK is by courier £9.99,Europe £19.99 and USA etc I need area code to get a price but around £35.00.
Q:
How long does it take to get my doll once it is shipped?
A: It
usually takes 1-3 business days for your little bundle to reach your
home. I use a courier so your baby is tracked all the way.
Q:
What are body plates or tummy/tooshie plate?
A: Body plates are
used to display you baby, the give the baby the appearance of a tummy
and/or a tooshie. They are vinyl and do not meet completely on the
sides. The doll cannot be carried around with plates on and they are for
displaying your baby only.
Q: Are tummy/tooshie plates
removeable?
A: Yes, can be removed. The plates go over the cloth part
of the baby's torso.
Q: Are the body plates sexed?
A: Yes,
they can be sexed (however limited supply), male female or you can
choose to have non-sexed plates.
Q: What do I do
if something happens to my doll once it is home with me?
A: I will repair your baby if it my fault as things sometimes happen in shipping.
Q: What do you mean by 1/4 limbs vs
full limbs?
A: 1/4 limbs mean that the baby's limbs will be
1/4 vinyl (hands and feet) and the other 3/4 of the limb will be
cloth. Full limbs are full vinyl limbs to to shoulder and hip.
Q: What is baby fat? A: Baby fat is inserted inside the doll to give it that extra squishy
baby feel. It cannot be seen.
Q: Can my reborn
doll be reborn without the use of magnets
A: Most
of the dolls pacifiers use magnets to hold them to the baby's face,
however the magnets can be left out of the reborning process upon
request, please take note that your baby will not be able to take a
pacifier without the magnets.There are stick on pacifiers now as well.
Q: Do I have to
provide a doll or can you reborn me a baby from a new
doll?
A: No, you do not need to provide a
doll, I can reborn you a new baby of your choice to your very own
specifications!

WARNING:
Dolls with pacifiers may contain
strong earth magnets, Caution should be taken around pace makers and
electronic equiptment! Pacifiers are optional and can be left out of the
process.
Doll may contain small parts, and may not be suitable for
small children to play with. Please use parental discretion. Doll
should not be picked up by a single limb or by the head, as this can
cause the limb/head to tear away from the doll.
If you have any
problems with your new baby please let me know!!!! If there is a problem
with the doll and it is due to an error on my part I will repair the
doll at no charge to you, if you pay for shipping....... |
